Riyada University, represented by the Chair of its Board of Trustees, Professor Dr. Saleh Hassan Ba’oum, and the University President, Professor Dr. Nahla Saleh Al-Kaaki, extended its sincerest congratulations and blessings to His Excellency Professor Dr. Amin Nu’man Muhammad Al-Qudsi on gaining the confidence of the political leadership and his appointment as Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The Riyada University community expressed its confidence that Minister Al-Qudsi will continue the development of the higher education sector, drawing on his academic experience and leadership vision to contribute to advancing Yemeni universities and improving the quality of education, programs, and institutional structures.

In the same context, the university expressed its gratitude and appreciation for the significant efforts made by His Excellency Professor Dr. Khalid Ahmed Al-Wassabi during his tenure as minister, and for the initiatives and reforms he introduced that strengthened the governance of higher education and supported universities and their academic programs, emphasizing that his contributions will remain valued and respected within the academic community.

The university leadership affirmed that Riyada University will remain an active partner in all efforts aimed at developing the higher education sector, supporting the ministry’s future strategic plans, and committed to everything that enhances academic performance, scientific research, and community service.
