Al-Riyada University Receives an Evaluation Committee Headed by the President of the Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance Council for Higher Education

At the outset of the visit, the committee held a meeting with the University President and Vice President, during which it received an overview of the University, its accredited and implemented programs, and its various activities in the fields of quality assurance and development.
Subsequently, the committee held a dialogue session with the deans of colleges and heads of academic departments, during which several issues related to improving the educational process at the University and the challenges they face were discussed.
The committee then conducted an inspection tour of the academic and administrative facilities, visiting the General Administration of Admissions and Registration, and inspecting laboratories, workshops, and lecture halls.
Following this, the committee reviewed the files and documents submitted by the University in accordance with the requirements, guides, and evidence specified in the evaluation forms, in order to assess the extent to which the established evaluation standards are met.
In a statement, Professor Dr. Nahla Al-Kaaki, President of the University, expressed her pleasure with the visit, noting that it represents a source of encouragement and support for the University as it moves forward toward quality assurance and accreditation to offer distinguished academic programs.
For her part, Professor Dr. Sawsan Bakhabirah affirmed that the Academic Accreditation Council works hand in hand with the University’s academic administration to strengthen efforts aimed at achieving quality higher education and enabling universities to attain both institutional and programmatic academic accreditation.
It is worth noting that Al-Riyada University continually strives to achieve high levels of quality in education and scientific research, in line with quality and development standards, thereby enhancing its academic standing and improving its educational and research outcomes in service of the community.
